HUD Title 1 Property Improvement Loan
The Dept of Housing and Urban Development can provide funds for home improvements and repairs. This can help with making getting urgent or much needed home repairs and renovations taken care of when things are in a pinch.

This organization can help you with not only affordable housing, but also other home renovation services.
VA Assistance
This one hits home for me. As a Veteran myself, I know many other Veterans who are struggling as they cope with their injuries that developed during their time in the military. This program can help with home renovations and improvements to enhance your day to day living.
Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)
Though we are not yet set up as a contractor through the WAP program, this is a great program to get assistance with getting your home more weather and climate resistant. There are also programs like this through many electric companies. It also will assist in HVAC services.
